Barcelona Shopping – What The Men Are Wearing

Barcelona fashion 2013 for men

Barcelona is a city that has many tourists. In fact it has on average 7.3million visitors that come to this city for food, sun and fashion. The dominant fabric worn here this week is linen. The colours range from light blue, striped and red chinos.

How to Dress in the Sun

At the moment the weather is perfect.  Ok I am talking about Barcelona. So it’s all about what colour you want to opt for. Red shorts, red jeans and anything red will be huge this summer. It’s a color of passion and all men look good in red whether you’re on the slim side or the larger side.

ZARA

The white fedora hats are cool for warmer days but Zara had great hats for you to experiment with. Its short selections are very cool indeed. From blue green and Camo in a jean material you really can’t go wrong. It is a great starting point when it comes to thin linen and won’t break the bank if you find it does not work out for you. It also has great braces right now which will add a classic twist to your casual wear this summer. The umbrellas in the men’s section are so stylish. Yes if you are in London or other rainy climate it will come in handy.

MASSIMO DUTTI

This shop is safe and conservative. But its linen shirts in general are timeless and nice to wear. It has great shoes and accessories and is certainly worth going in and trying a few things on. So you get a feel of what works for you. The shopping experience is always nice and gives you a good feel factor.

H.E. by MANGO

Mango certainly has re-vamped its section for men, this was well overdue in my opinion. The shopping experience is so nice now. Much better than the women’s section for sure. The blue and red chinos are awesome and I am loving its current blazers. Again this is a great shop for you to try and buy, the shop is non intrusive a lot quieter than some and plenty of men’s options all around.

REPLAY

The store in Barcelona is a fantastic experience and makes you feel so trendy. Not cheap but the men’s collection right now is gorgeous. I love its jeans and blazers, very smart indeed. Its accessories for men are great, I am loving the mans bag and the leather bracelets are edgy and well worth a cheeky peek. Its hats are more expensive than some but have nice twist to it.

Ciudad Condal – The Place to Eat Tapas

Trust me I have been eating here for years. The food is fresh, well presented, great price and represents the Spanish cuisine well. They staff speak fab English and you have to expect to wait in a line between 12 – 2 pm. It’s well worth the wait. Get there before these times and you will be fine. I highly recommend anything fish, and one of my favorite’s is the fried brie, which is magical. Order it with a Timmermans Belgium beer and think of MenStyleFashion.
