Noose & Monkey – Quirky New British Brand

How does a new fashion company like Noose and Monkey stand out from such a flooded market? What do they have to offer that other brands don’t? They are certainly off to a good start by teaming up with the likes of ASOS and TOPMAN. This small London based designer decided to get its inspiration from street trends and vintage treasures. For this spring summer collection Noose & Monkey have chosen to market a selection of modern tailoring shape and fits, formal shirts and accessories. To give it an edgy twist they have used good sense humor, that being the trade mark for the Noose and Monkey label.

Spring Summer 14 Collection

Noose and Monkey pride themselves on quality fabrics and within the  fabrics they include sumptuous velvet and a wide range of colourful cottons. For this spring/summer they have created a selection of floral fabrics. One of their unique selling points are their jackets which are presented with floral fabrics or two-tone colour block designs. The dominant colours are jewel tones from strong cobalt blues to wine reds with a focus on bringing out the dandy look.

Power Blazers and Suits

Every man should own a few blazers and Noose and Monkey have taken this into consideration. Giving you the choice of quirky edgy designs, that can be worn on a casual or evening basis. Men are all into detail so each suit features an intricate cut and sew on the jackets with contrasting panels.

Successful Brand

Within weeks of launching Noose and Monkey on the ASOS website, they became one the major selling brands out there. So much so UK’s TOPMAN also had to get this collection within its flagship store in Oxford Street and online. This will all be launching on the 1st May. I certainly can say with its innovative marketing and price target this label has nailed it to a tea. Happy shopping.
