4. Classic vs. Contemporary
The battle between Savile Row and contemporary fashion rumbles on like Ali vs. Frazier but it was great to see some of the more traditional names unifying a blend of classic tailoring with contemporary fashion. Savile Row residence E Tautz moved away from their more traditional affair with a wonderful collection of looser shapes and colour, Margaret Howell kept her colour palette simple but with wide-leg trousers and Richard James use of pinks and greys made for a collection easy on the eye and elegant in approach.
