Clever cabinetry and luxurious materials play key part of this hotel. The hotel is family friendly and caters well for overseas guests as well as locals. There is ample of space for guests to lounge around including bars and restaurants. The interior design has many different textures. The contemporary colours used throughout the hotel gives it an oriental ambience. Deluxe Harbour View

My Deluxe Harbour View suite was spacious with 35m2 and offered wonderful views over the Grand Harbour towards Hong Kong island. The interior had a warm and fresh colour palette, along with natural daylight coming through the window facade created a contemporary residential living room environment.

The views both day and night were lovely to admire, also watching the daily light show was nice too. The suite is spacious for Hong Kong and the king-size bed is very big. With plenty of pillow options and the great bed linen, the bed felt lovely to sleep on. The dedicated working desk offered a lovely way to work and peak out to enjoy the harbour view. The lounge was also cosy and snug to chill and relax over a glass of wine. The modern amenities included a 55″ IPTV, dimmable clock display, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary handy smartphone services with free local and international calls to 20 selected countries. The smartphone includes 3G mobile internet access and WIFI hotspot as well.

Executive Club

My room came with access to the Executive Club which included a personalised check-in and check-out service. With spectacular Victoria Harbour views as a backdrop, the club offers continental breakfast, all-day refreshments and evening cocktails and drinks. I decide to use the late checkout option that comes with the Executive Club benefits.

Cafe On The Park

What defines a great buffet breakfast? For a great breakfast has ample of options of food both Asian cuisines as well as Western ones. Clearly displayed food descriptions and well presented is why I enjoyed breakfast at Cafe On The Park. While the level of Chinese cookery is high in Hong Kong this cafe certainly pulls out the stops when it comes to fresh produce and dining. The Cantonese, Sichuan and Shandon dishes are also respectfully rendered to great effect. The service was excellent too and a nice touch was that it overlooked Canton Road, kindly reminding me why Kong Kong is the most visited city in the world.

I also dined at the Pierside restaurant in this Royal Pacific for which I have written a separate review.

Conclusion

The access to the luxury boutique shops here on Canton road as well as the unparalleled accessibility to the ferry terminal to Macau and China is why The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers should be on your list of hotels to reside in. Time is crucial when it comes to shopping and business, and the hotel location means less time for travelling and more time for business and leisure. The staff are warm, attentive and very welcoming. The hotel has a relaxed, modern vibe allowing guests to wander and dine at the Pierside Bar and Restaurant, with wonderful views over the harbour both day and night.
