All Seasons Bali Legian – Spa Review

All Seasons Bali Legian – Spa Review

All Seasons Bali Legian

All Seasons Bali Legian is centrally located in the popular resort area which consists of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. It is within easy walk to markets, shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and Legian’s famous beach which attract surfers from far away. Legian is a vibrant area which is full of visitors all year round. If you have not been in Bali before, spas are everywhere, so how do you choose a good spa when there are so many on offer. I stayed at the All Seasons Bali Legian hotel and her is my review of its in house spa facilities. The spa treatment I chose from its extensive package was called the Balinese Sensation Package.

Hair Treatment

I had stayed already for 4 weeks in Bali before this review and I swam almost every day in the pool or in the sea. My hair was in a bad state because of it, and part of the package was a hair treatment. This treatment consisted of a cleansing shampoo followed by a gentle conditioner. It was then finished off with a mask treatment which strengthened and rejuvenated my hair. It felt and looked amazing during the treatment as well as after the treatment. The products were applied whilst massaging my head, I was well off into a relaxing state of mind.

Ritual Foot Bath

Don’t underestimate what a foot bath can do. I have had many full body massages but I have never had a dedicated foot bath. I was pleasantly surprised regarding the outcome. The water was a perfect temperature and the staff knew how to press the right pressure points during the treatment. The scrub was very soothing on my feet and my feet looked soft and clean.

Balinese Slimming Massage

I have had many massages and this one was very relaxing as the mood and smell of the room was lovely. It was a perfect way to end my 30-day stay in Bali. The staff are well trained and very professional, and I liked how they asked early on within the treatment if the intensity of the massage was suited to my liking. The rooms are very clean and have an excellent atmosphere. It is very quiet, I could hear no road traffic, which is very common with day Spas around Kuta. This treatment Spa is perfectly located and tucked away from any noise regarding the city of Kuta.

Mud Body Mask and Wrap

The mud body mask and wrap is a fabulous way for exfoliation to lift the dead skin cells off your body. I would opt for this the moment you land from abroad. Your skin gets a lot of harsh exposure and this treatment leaves your skin looking and feeling soft and smooth. After this you are ready to hit the beach and the sun.

Deep Cleansing Facial

I’ve had a few facials and to be honest, I normally don’t like the result. But on this occasion, the application and the whole experience was very effective. The technique was one that I have not had before and overall an experience I would opt for again. A tip for guys if you’re opting for a facial make sure you shave before you get one as it is a lot more effective.

Nail Treatment

My nails had gel on them so we opted for cleansing and removing the dead skin. They then added a lotion to protect the skin to prevent nail disease. I was most intrigued regarding the use of natural lime. A key and inexpensive way to clean your feet. The herbal tea was a nice touch.

Guys, I would certainly go for a full pedicure, especially as you will be wearing flip flops, sandals or walk with bare feet. Show that you care about your feet as they are on full display here. They also treated my hand gel nails and I highly recommend a hand massage as it is very powerful indeed.

Over all the staff were very kind and welcoming, they made sure at all times that I was well looked after. This Spa is perfectly located if you book a room in the All Seasons, however outside guest should try it too. The best advice I can give is to take time out from the pool and try some of their treatments. Ladies and gents, gift your male loved one a treatment and force him into the Spa if you have too. Trust me, he will get hooked fast.
