Demi Couture
Demi Couture is a French word and literally means ´ half couture´. Since it relates to the fashion term ´Haute Couture´, custom made high sewing, the more detailed version of its meaning would be ´half custom made clothing.´ Due to the ´demi´ (=half) in front of the ´couture´ the term demi-couture is more classified under ready to wear in the fashion business.
