Day 8 – One More Day In London
Who Is The Woman In That Bentayga? Over the course of the seven days. If I was paid £100 for every time people literally stopped, stared and pointed whilst I was driving. I would have made at least a whopping one million pounds or maybe more. This beauty throughout my journey promoted me to celebrity status. People kept glaring at me, and due to how that made me feel, I certainly chose to trend an eccentric style. It tapped into my creative emotions and as the days went on. As an eccentric personality and a confident woman loves to report about menswear, I chose to highlight to any man watching and to inspire any women, that we love supercars too.
On this occasion, the Bentayga was about me choosing to trend the way it made me feel. I chose to wear, knee-high leather boots and trending jodhpurs. Yes as I see it, I am driving, the fastest production SUV, with an electronically limited top speed of 187 mph. When I was driving this beast I felt like I was riding 429 horses, free as a bird, fast as an eagle and untouchable let alone unreachable.
Therefore as well as being the most expensive production SUV out there, it only seemed fair to wear red Ferrari gloves. When I was on the M40 heading from Oxfordshire to London. I wanted to spread her wings, what better way to do that, than have Mr Range Rover right next to me.
I can honestly say, the unexpected happened. The kickback was just brilliant. I blew him away!
I felt so empowered by this SUV I was the machine Queen of that M25 let alone M40 highway.
Fuel Economy
I drove a V8 Diesel and over the course of seven days, I drove over 800 miles. I was blown away how little it cost me. My 85-litre tank was full-on take off and I had to just put £45 extra to complete my journey. It’s for me one of the most economic luxury SUV’s I have driven and considering that its gross vehicle weight is 2440 kg. For me this was impressive.
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
This was my last day before the Bentayga got picked up again by Bentley. I was invited to explore and experience Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, at the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge. This was my last opportunity to showcase one more time the Bentayga. In London, I had a bit more competition from the many supercars within this area.

What was exciting unbeknownst to me, was that the staff within the restaurant were just as intrigued by the Bentayga as I was.

Conclusion
Let me be clear on a few facts. The £135,800 Bentayga Diesel is a luxury SUV and not a full-blooded supercar, I hardly felt I was driving a diesel compared to a petrol engine. This is not a car to take on the track, however, some Arabs might take it to the sand dunes. This car is a comfortable cruiser and can overtake cars quickly and can also leave 99% of the cars behind at the traffic lights. The Bentayga is a monstrosity in its size and will therefore turn just a lot of heads, it suits my eccentric personality. Inside it is the ultimate piece of luxury with an amazing amount of technology. But most of all in the 8 days that I have had the Bentayga, this car empowers me and it will empower many women and some men. Bentley is a step ahead of its nearest competitor here, Rolls Royce, which will launch its Cullinan SUV in 2018.
As for my experience on the track at Silverstone with the Ferrari’s, you can read more about that on my personal blog. But all I can say about that is that: “Women love supercars too, hope to see you on the track one day Bentley.”
