Today Reebok re-releases the Reebok Beatnik “Cordura Pack” following its original debut in July 2020. Paired with this re-released pack is campaign imagery that was photographed and stylized by Daniel Pacitti.
This version of Reebok’s cult-favorite Beatnik comes in three colorways – Ashen Green (FY2947), Utility Beige (FY2948) and Black (FY2949). Monochromatic branding adorns the adjustable straps of the shoes featured in the pack and a Cordura label is incorporated to present a seal of quality assurance.
Most notably the Reebok Beatnik Cordura Sandal features a durable CORDURA® nylon upper for comfort, strength and breathability. The lining is made with a stretch knit textile and the rest of the shoe is true to the original Beatnik specs including the Beatnik’s signature EVA midsole and rigid outsole which provide optimal comfort and functionality.
This re-release comes after the silhouette’s original introduction in the Fall 1994 outdoor line-up which made waves with its aggressive shark tooth-like sole and closed-toe upper. The Beatnik was brought back in 2020 and will continue to drop in additional colorways throughout the FW21 season.
The Reebok Beatnik “Cordura Pack” will be globally available for $120 at Reebok.com and select retailers including Footaction beginning August 6, 2021.
